We look for several qualities in the people we hire. The ability to communicate well with customers both in person and on the phone, and get along with the owners and your co-workers is important. We also require strong computer skills especially in the area of graphic design and layout. You should be creative and knowledgeable in popular graphic design packages such as Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (current versions ) and experience with dedicated sign design packages would be a huge plus. You must have good manual dexterity and be quick to learn new ways of doing physical tasks, since assembly of displays and signs would also be a part of your job.
